Product Description
This is the factory production process for cute-themed decorative installations (using the "fluffy forest + giant ice cream" in the image as an example), which balances creative implementation and technical standards: Design & Prototyping: Finalize the styling plan based on display requirements, create a scaled-down sample, and confirm details such as dimensions and fluffy texture. Base Material Shaping: Use lightweight foam materials, and carve out the basic outlines of trees, ice cream, and paths through carving techniques to replicate the designed form. Texture Application: Attach fibrous materials to the surface of the base material to create the fluffy, plush texture shown in the image, giving the hard base material a cute, soft appearance. Coloring & Detailing: Spray corresponding colors in different areas (e.g., gradient green for trees, warm yellow for ice cream), and enhance the texture layers of the soil path. Assembly & Integration: Assemble all components into a complete installation according to the layout, and adjust positions to ensure overall coordination. Protective Coating: As seen in the image (the worker using a spray gun), apply a protective coating to fix the texture while improving durability. Quality Inspection & Packaging: After checking for no defects in shape and color, package the installation in modules for transportation and installation.
